4 months agoPerhaps the best cheese curds I've had since I've lived in the Midwest. Plus, a dry cider on tap and a welcoming and attentive bartender. That's pretty much all you can ask for from a neighborhood bar.

4 months agoCool bar on the corner of Broadway & Waveland. You don’t really get an Irish vibe other than the name. Our server was really nice but a bit slow. There were 3 of us and I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and my parents split a burger. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. It could have used more sauce to give it that “ Nashville” kick. The fries were the star of the show. I can usually never finish my fries cause they’re normally an afterthought of a dish but I cleared my plate. If you order something that doesn’t come with fries, definitely order a side of them. So good! The music they play here was great. Nirvana “Teen Spirit,” The Cranberries “Zombie,” Lola Young “Messy,” it was just a barrage of one great song after another. I had my Shazam out all night. lol

4 months agoDecent spot for drinks but DO NOT order their food. Idk if the chef was in a bad mood but literally every single one of the apps were undercooked, cold & smushed. I should have gotten Culvers.

5 months agoAmazing staff and drinks. I felt comfortable sitting for a few, but the kitchen closed early and I really went there just to eat. But, I will be back - thanks to the kid bartender that read between the lines and taught me about a new whiskey - larceny. Thanks guys 🌻

8 months agoThe BLT was very good and I was happy surprised. The taco Tuesday was a nice added bonus. Met some cool people at the bar top so I ended up hanging here for a few hours. Check it out.

a year agoWe had a great time, start to finish. Mario, our server was personable, polite, and knowledgeable about all the choices. We had great cheese curds, fresh Cobb salad, and Nashville chicken. The Manhattan was prepared perfectly. (Get it served "up") Look forward to our next visit.

2 years agoNice Irish bar! Good drinks with a friendly atmosphere. The food was great as well, we got the blt, chicken wings and cheese curds. Everything tasted great and we enjoyed our time dining and drinking. Worth a stop by! Taking off one star because our beer were served in plastic cups and I prefer glass.

3 years agoNice little patio. Terrific service with every server incredibly friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable for the area. Happy hour on drinks 4-6pm. Only complaint I might have is that the cheese curds were sitting in grease, so maybe take a moment after taking them out of the fryer. The ones on top tasted fantastic, greasy and all. Would definitely come back for another Western burger with tots.
